Do našeho sales týmu hledáme parťáka, kterého baví jednat s lidmi, budovat vztahy a mít systém ve své práci. Hledáme komunikativního a zodpovědného člověka, který umí věci dotahovat do konce. Ideálně máš první praxi (1-2 roky) z agentury, konzultačky nebo technologické firmy a chceš růst v prostředí moderních technologií, kde je vidět tvoje práce i výsledky.

Od začátku se zapojíš do komunikace s klienty, budeš koordinovat domluvené kroky s týmem a postupně můžeš převzít i vlastní menší klienty. Nebudeš v tom sám/sama -  máme seniorní tým, který ti pomůže růst do samostatné account role.

Co Tě u nás čeká?

  • Podpora senior accountů při řízení klientských vztahů a denní komunikaci
  • Komunikace  s klienty a budování dlouhodobých, přátelských a profesionálních vztahů a spoluprací
  • Koordinace domluvených úkolů mezi klientem a interním projektovým týmem
  • Hlídání priorit, termínů a kvality - výsledky musí být dotažené
  • Příprava zápisů, follow-upů, podkladů a prezentací pro klientské meetingy
  • Postupné přebírání klientů a jejich samostatné vedení

Kdo zapadne do našeho týmu?

  • Máš 1–2 roky zkušeností, ideálně z agentury, consultingu nebo technologické firmy (to je velkou výhodou, ale nikoliv podmínkou)
  • Dokážeš pracovat samostatně, strukturovaně a zodpovědně
  • Umíš dotahovat věci do konce a neztrácet souvislosti
  • Baví tě komunikace, hledání řešení a budování vztahů s klienty
  • Zvládneš pracovat bez mikromanagementu, ale zároveň si umíš říct o pomoc
  • Chceš růst, chápat byznys a pracovat s moderními technologiemi
