Overheads Controller

Main Purpose of the Job:

• Provide full transparency in the area of overhead costs across the company/organization.
• Lead planning and revision processes for MOGE (Marketing and Other General Expenses) reporting; Highlight risks and opportunities during the process as well as during the year, highlight any deviation from target including her/his own proposal how to close any potential gaps
• Ensure quality financial information used by the business for decision making and that potential risks and opportunities are anticipated and understood
• Ensure the correct allocation of MOGE to businesses
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis and simulations
• Organize, Drive, and Actively participate in all key Overhead related projects
• Organize and lead Structural cost workshops
• Prepare regular MOGE reports and analysis
• Challenge assumptions in seeking cost improvements. Seek for and support cost improvement opportunities, be an active contributor to improvement projects and initiatives validate and review proposed savings

Key Requirements:

• Formal financial qualification
• 3-5 years' experience in Controlling / Finance function/ Business (Controlling, Costing, Accounting)
• Experience within a network organization
• Proficiency in English and Czech/Slovak language
• Digital Literacy - knowledge and safe use of digital technologies according to current trends
