What We Expect from You

• Experience with the SAP Finance (FI) module
• Strong interest in IT, new technologies, and process automation
• Proven experience with SAP system configuration and solid understanding of SAP architecture
• Ability to prepare solution design and functional documentation
• Knowledge of best practices in Operational Finance
• Excellent English communication skills, analytical mindset, and eagerness to learn

Residency in Czechia and a valid work permit are required.

Your future role

You'll help our clients navigate large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, driving digital innovation across their financial operations.

• Deliver SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation and transformation projects
• Collect and analyze business requirements and design optimized "To-Be" processes
• Lead client workshops on process design, best practices, and solution architecture
• Configure, test, and document SAP S/4HANA solutions to meet client needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with Deloitte methodologies
• Support practice development and contribute to internal capability growth

Example Projects You'll Work On

• SAP S/4HANA On-Premise and Private Cloud implementations for Finance and Materials Management
• As-Is process analysis and To-Be design based on Deloitte and SAP best practices
• System setup, configuration, and testing to drive process improvements and efficiency

Selection process

• Prescreening Call with Recruiter (This call will help us understand your initial interest and qualifications).

• Interview with Team Member/Hiring Manager (To delve deeper into your skills and experiences. You will have the opportunity to discuss the role in more detail and understand how you might fit into the team).

• Interview with Hiring Manager/Partner (This final interview will focus on aligning your goals with the company's objectives and evaluating your potential impact on the organization).
