Hledáme zkušeného Senior Enterprise Architekta, který bude formovat technologickou strategii a moderní architekturu banky. Budete klíčovým hráčem při transformaci IT, propojujícím byznys s technologií a zajišťujícím, aby naše systémy byly jednotné, znovupoužitelné a dlouhodobě udržitelné

Co budete dělat:
  • Definovat a rozvíjet enterprise architekturu ve svěřené oblasti a včetně tvorby roadmap jejího rozvoje.
  • Budete součástí governance byznysové, datatové, aplikační a technologické architektury.
  • Spolupracovat se seniorními stakeholdery a zajišťovat byznys hodnotu a regulace.
  • Vést modernizaci portfolia aplikací a transformační programy (digitální bankovnictví, cloud, data & AI, modernizace core systémů).
  • Mentorovat a rozvíjet tým architektů a designérů řešení.
Koho hledáme:
  • 10+ let zkušeností v enterprise architektuře (případně ekvivalentní designové pozici), ideálně v bankovnictví.
  • Praxe návrhů řešení s moderními technologiemi: cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), API, microservices, data & analytics, cybersecurity.
  • Zkušenost s obsahovým vedením transformačních programů a regulovaných projektů.
  • Výborné komunikační a prezentační dovednosti, schopnost spolupracovat se seniorním managementem.
  • Angličtina na pokročilé úrovni (čeština výhodou).
