The group level headquarters Dr. Max is expanding the Indirect Procurement team and we are looking for a Procurement Specialist who will be supporting our IT and e-commerce projects. What will be your responsibilities?

  • Be responsible for approx 10 m Euro spend in indirect material, services and CAPEX across Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Italy & Serbia
  • As a part of regional procurement organization you will support our multinational procurement initiatives
  • Cooperate and support IT Procurement Manager on the IT & e-commerce projects
  • Partner closely with IT departments to understand strategic initiatives and project pipelines
  • Manage the full sourcing process (RFPs, negotiations, contracting, supplier selection) aliged with internal procurement policies and regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure supplier performance, contract compliance, and value delivery
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and support budget planning
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.

What do we expect from you?

  • Min. 2 years of experience in Indirect procurement (IT category is a big plus)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Business driven personality, entrepreneurial, pragmatic and hands-on approach
  • Strong analytical and presentation capabilities (MS Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization with a varying maturity of local businesses
  • Native Czech/Slovak and advanced level of English
