If you're a STUDENT looking to learn something new, this Service Desk Specialist position is a great opportunity to kick-start your career — and you can do it from the comfort of your home and only 20 hours a week

At Vivicta, our customers are some of the most demanding IT users in the Nordic countries. Our mission is to provide them with reliable platforms, expertise, and services to ensure their systems are always available to end users.

What will you learn with us?

  • Receive IT requests from customers via phone, chat, email, and our ticketing tool

  • Help resolve incidents and customer requests

  • Communicate with both technical teams and customers in English and French

  • Support your teammates by helping to distribute incoming requests

  • Provide remote assistance to end users

  • Investigate and diagnose end-user issues

What we expect:

  • Fluent English and French at B2 level or higher

  • Good communication and expression skills

  • Ability to work in a team
