Dairy Farm Advisor

DeLaval is now looking for a Dairy Farm Advisor at Czechia. You will be a key player and this role gives an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop and implement a common model of advisory services. You´re responsible for the supporting local activities, delivering trainings and herd management related advice, troubleshooting of herd management related cases on farm.

Purpose of role and key responsibilities

You are supporting dairies making system transitions smoothly and/or achieve the efficiencies using DeLaval solutions and delivering trainings and advice to customers, partners, and employees by using existing tools to increase competences and business development. You are giving key input to set the demands in advisory development.

Qualifications and experience

To be successful in this role we see that you have:

• Degree in animal or farming area with 3 – 5 years of experience in a closely related environment.
• Planning, Time management and Computer skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence others
• Competitive and outgoing mindset
• Native with Czech and good English language skills
