Working on-site in Prague from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Perform some Smart Hands support for networking hardware.
  • Troubleshoot within Windows / iOS / Android OS support, software installations, and security updates.
  • Manage Active Directory tasks.
  • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).

What will you bring to ESP?

  • Experience: 3+ years providing IT infrastructure support, including hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting
  • Languages: C1 - C2 in both English and Czech
  • Technical skills: - Good command of Windows and Linux
  • Active Directory
  • M365 License
  • JAMF Knowledge
  • Mac support Experience
  • Endpoint management knowledge is preferred

· Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
