THE ROLE

As a Senior Technical Product Manager/Product Lead at OAK'S LAB, you will lead one of our dedicated product teams, driving the development of high-potential tech products for our portfolio of startups, scale-ups, and enterprise clients. This includes groundbreaking work across FinTech, HealthTech, Cybersecurity, and beyond.

We're looking for a technically minded Senior Technical Product Manager/Lead who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, user needs, and technology. You have a background that gives you a strong grasp of software development concepts, whether through prior experience as an engineer, analyst, or in another technical role and you now leverage that knowledge to drive product strategy and execution.

You excel at translating complex business and customer problems into clear technical initiatives, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, engineers, and designers. You're equally comfortable shaping high-level product vision as you are diving deep into technical trade-offs with your team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will:

• Define, drive, and execute product vision alongside Igor (Head of Product) and our founders, from initial product discovery to strategic roadmap.

• Formulate compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies to achieve scalable product-market fit.

• Translate business needs into technical initiatives, including detailed requirements analysis, process mapping, and insightful data analysis.

• Develop and manage robust product roadmaps that align with business objectives and user needs.

• Collaborate closely with our business development team to ensure optimal timelines, budgets, and contracts for our startup partnerships.

• Champion continuous improvement of our product methodology, actively contributing to a culture of shared learning and excellence across the product team.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTSMust-Haves:

• Exceptional Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences (founders, engineers, designers, stakeholders).

• Customer-Centric Acumen: Proven ability to deeply understand customer problems, needs, and desires, translating them into impactful business decisions and product features.

• Data-Driven Decision Maker: A keen analytical mind, capable of defining key product performance metrics, tracking them rigorously, and making objective, data-informed strategic choices.

• Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated success in influencing, negotiating with, and effectively managing expectations of senior-level stakeholders.

• Product Methodologies: Solid understanding and practical experience with agile principles and modern product development frameworks.

• Outcome-Oriented: A Focus on delivering tangible results and exceptional product quality.

• Strong Organizational Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
