For an international manufacturing company located in Prague 9, I am looking for experience Senior Plant Financial Controller with fluent English and Czech.

In this role she/he will partner closely with Operation team based in Prague as well as with HQ Finance abroad. In this role, she/he will work horizontally with all the other Financial Functions, her/his main priority will be to assure proper financial manufacturing process and reporting within the company organization with high orientation to product line.

Tasks
  • Lead the company SC finance activities as product costing, hourly rate calculation, inventory analysis, Cost of Goods Sold and functional cost analysis, preparing timely monthly reporting,
  • Drive optimal performance (cost, fulfillment, quality, cash) and profitability through the Supply Chain
  • Partner with Supply Chain to provide product cost standards or/and estimation for new products
  • Manage the business cycle: budget, forecasts, plans for the company Supply Chain Finance
  • Prepare variance analysis vs budget/plan/forecast to HQ and internal customers
  • Handle complex tasks or problems that impact the function and finance department.
  • Partners with operations to drive performance and simplification using the Lean principles and mindset
  • Generates actionable insights through analysis of business metrics. Leads cross functional teams to improve outcomes in cost productivity & inventory turns.
  • Being flexible to provide support to other Finance Teams as needed
Requirements
  • University degree in finance
  • 4+ Years of proven experience as Production/Plant Financial Controller
  • PC: MS Excel Advance + ERP system (Oracle knowledge is a plus)
  • Fluent English & Czech fluent as a plus
  • Previous professional experience with process optimization and implementation is a great advantage
  • Leading a small team of people is a plus
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
