O2C Credit Collection Specialist with Spanish

Job Description:

The Credit Collection Specialist is responsible for approaching customers daily to build up the relationship with the goal to receive the outstanding payments to our Operating units in Spain.  This role represents Envista to customers and has significant impact on the customer relationship.  

• Performs collections of delinquent accounts by contacting customers via phone, email, & fax.
• Handles incoming calls from customers and sales representatives.
• Resolves issues with incorrect billing amounts and purchase orders.
• Minimizes financial risk to the organization by assessing and advising on creditworthiness of prospective and existing customers. (Also called Accounts Receivable.)
• Maintains accurate and up to date customer details and account records 

Job Requirements:

• Native or business fluent in Spanish

• Fluent in English (B2 at minimum)

• Customer centric approach

• Good communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive)

• Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement

• Experience or ability to learn CRM or/and ERP tools

• Organizational skills and attention to details
