Hledáme kolegu/kolegyni na pozici Finance & Accounting Manager, který/á posílí naše finanční oddělení a bude zodpovědný/á za vedení účetnictví, finanční reporting, bankovní operace a rozvoj týmu ve společnosti i na úrovni skupiny IPF.

Co budete dělat:

  • Zajišťovat integritu a kvalitu finančních procesů a reportingu dle IFRS a lokálního GAAP.
  • Řídit účetnictví, měsíční, kvartální a roční závěrky a přípravu daňových přiznání.
  • Udržovat a zlepšovat interní kontrolní prostředí a compliance.
  • Vést, motivovat a rozvíjet osmičlenný tým finančního oddělení.
  • Spolupracovat s interními i externími partnery, auditory a daňovými poradci.

Požadujeme:

  • Min. 8 let zkušeností v oblasti financí a účetnictví, ideálně z mezinárodní společnosti.
  • Mezinárodní účetní kvalifikace (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) výhodou.
  • Silné analytické, organizační a prezentační schopnosti.
  • Znalost angličtiny na úrovni B2
