Hledáme zkušeného performance marketing managera pro hands-on roli s postupným budováním týmu, který nám pomůže posunout výkonnostní kampaně FLEXDOG o level dál.

FLEXDOG je evropský vyhledávač tenisek a streetwearu. Měsíčně obsluhujeme 500+ tisíc uživatelů, nabízíme 500k+ produktů od 600+ brandů a spolupracujeme s 140+ e-shopy. Aktivní jsme na 12 trzích a postupně expandujeme i v roce 2025.

Co budeš dělatHands-on execution:

  • Spravovat PPC kampaně na 6 klíčových trzích (CZ, SK, DE, AT, PL, HU) s primárním focusem na Google Ads a Meta, sekundárně v Bing Ads a Sklik.
  • Optimalizovat Shopping kampaně s důrazem na ROAS a efektivní růst.
  • Řídit feed management pro 500k+ produktů a automatizaci bidding strategií.
  • A/B testovat kreativy, cílení a dávat podněty produktovému týmu pro optimalizaci landing pages.
  • Analyzovat data a překládat insights do konkrétních kroků.

Strategic & Team leadership:

  • Definovat strategii rozvoje performance aktivit a týmu (budoucí rozšíření týmu) s ohledem na možnosti automatizace a potřeby společnosti.
  • Spolupracovat s produktovým týmem na optimalizaci platformy a tracking improvements.
  • Spolupracovat se sales týmem na strategii pro nové trhy a rozvoji partnerských vztahů.

Ideální profilMust-have:

  • 3+ let zkušeností v performance marketingu, živé hands-on zkušenosti s Google Ads (Shopping, Search) a Meta Shopping Ads a analytickými nástroji (GA4).
  • Prokazatelné výsledky v optimalizaci ROAS a škálování kampaní.
  • Data-driven mindset - umíš interpretovat performance data, opíráš se o ně v rozhodování a při návrhu testů.
  • Máš zkušenosti s automatizací a feed managementem produktového katalogu (skripty, biddingové strategie).
  • AI pro tebe není nepřítel nebo pouze chatovací nástroj.
  • Máš zkušenosti se řízením kampaní na vícero trzích.

  • Baví tě testovat nové přístupy a tools
  • Jsi spolehlivý a nebojíš se odpovědnosti
  • Motivují tě ambiciózní cíle a jsi hladový po úspěchu
  • Umíš komunikovat insights a doporučení ostatním týmům

  • Zkušenosti s price comparison engines (Google Shopping, Heureka, )
  • Znalost Google Scripts nebo jiných automatizačních nástrojů
  • Znalost SQL nebo jiných query jazyků
