About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and proactive Part-Time Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects across Eastern Europe, with a primary focus on establishing, managing, and expanding our regional operations. This remote position offers flexibility and the chance to work on high-impact initiatives that shape our presence in a fast-growing market. Occasional travel within the region may be required to meet clients, partners, and local teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution:

Develop, implement, and monitor detailed project plans, ensuring that milestones, deliverables, and timelines are achieved according to scope and budget.

  • Stakeholder & Client Coordination:

Serve as the central point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication, alignment, and problem resolution throughout all project phases.

  • Risk & Compliance Management:

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies; ensure compliance with local regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies—especially regarding regional labor and business laws.

  • Operational Oversight:

Support day-to-day project activities, including documentation, reporting, and performance tracking, to ensure smooth and transparent project operations.

  • Regional Expansion Support:

Contribute to market research, partner engagement, and business development initiatives to help identify and execute new project opportunities within Eastern Europe.

  • Continuous Improvement:

Recommend and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency, collaboration, and quality of delivery across regional projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience:

Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in project management, operations, or regional coordination, ideally within international or cross-border environments.

  • Knowledge of Regional Regulations:

Familiarity with Eastern European employment laws, compliance standards, and business practices is highly desirable.

  • Skills:

Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities; strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

  • Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones.

  • Languages:

Fluency in English (required) and proficiency in at least one Eastern European language (such as Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, or Bulgarian) is essential.

  • Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, International Relations, or a related field (Master's degree or PMP certification a plus).
