JOB DESCRIPTION:

YOUR TASKS

Follow the defined Accounts Payable (A/P) procedures to process invoicesHandle daily booking operations according to GAAP and IFRS guidelinesWork closely with A/P vendors to ensure proper authorization and accurate dataBe the first point of contact for suppliers and vendors regarding disputed account discrepanciesComplete accounts payable tasks at the end of each monthPrepare monthly account reconciliationsIdentify and implement improvements in the A/P process

YOUR PROFILE

High school or university degree, preferably in economicsProfessional experience in accounting or administrationUnderstanding of the A/P process is preferredGood communication skillsMS Excel skills. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plusEnglish language (B2)Hungarian language mandatory (C2 or native speaker)
