Your mission
  • Monitoring legislativy a norem  -průběžně sledovat změny v EU i národních předpisech a vyhodnocovat dopady na produkty.
  • Aktualizace zadávací dokumentace -promítat nové legislativní požadavky do technických specifikací, smluvních podmínek a dokumentace pro dodavatele.
  • Koordinace s dodavateli  vyžadovat a kontrolovat certifikace, testovací protokoly a prohlášení o shodě, dohlížet na včasné dodání.
  • Příprava technické dokumentace a certifikací  zajišťovat kompletní technický spis (risk assessment, protokoly, DoC), komunikovat s testovacími laboratořemi a notifikovanými osobami.
  • Řízení rizik a auditů  -provádět interní audity shody, identifikovat rizika neplnění a navrhovat opatření.
  • Podpora při uvádění výrobků na trh a připojování k síti  -zajistit, že produkty splňují podmínky CE, požadavky DSO a dotačních schémat.
  • Kyberbezpečnost produktů - implementovat požadavky CRA: proces správy zranitelností, bezpečnostní aktualizace, dokumentace.
  • Školení a interní komunikace  - školit vývoj, delivery a obchodní tým v oblasti legislativních požadavků a zajišťovat jejich pochopení.
  • Externí reprezentace  -komunikovat s certifikačními autoritami, zákazníky, poskytovateli dotací a distribučními společnostmi ohledně plnění legislativních podmínek


Your profile
  • Znalost legislativy a norem: EU Battery Regulation, LVD, EMC, RED, EN 50549, IEC 62619, CRA, REACH/RoHS, UN 38.3.
  • Orientace v certifikačních procesech: zkušenost s CE shodou, přípravou technické dokumentace, komunikací s certifikačními autoritami.
  • Schopnost řízení dodavatelů: kontrola plnění legislativních požadavků u dodavatelů a zajištění potřebných certifikátů/test reportů.
  • Technické povědomí: základní znalosti elektrotechniky, bezpečnosti baterií a výkonové elektroniky.
  • Projektový a procesní management: schopnost nastavovat a spravovat compliance roadmapu, termíny a kontrolní body.
  • Angličtina na komunikační úrovni
