Job Summary

We are looking for a detailoriented and analytical Freelance Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support our C&B function. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, enjoys optimizing processes, and brings both structure and curiosity to their work.

Responsibilities:

• Support in headcount control and budgeting processes
• Administer and maintain employee benefits programs
• Conduct labor market research and compensation analysis to ensure competitiveness
• Contribute to the optimization and automation of C&B processes
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and calculations as needed
• Maintain and regularly update the HR knowledge base and documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in compensation, benefits, or a related HR role
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace tools
• Solid understanding of market trends in compensation and benefits
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• English level B2 or above
