Our client, a private property owner with a high -end residential estate in the Czech Republic, is seeking a hands -on Facility / Property Manager to oversee the technical operation, maintenance, and day -to -day functionality of the estate. Facility / Property Manager – Private Residential Estate Čejkovice / Český Å ternberk region CZ/2412/LEFM Main responsibilities:Oversee daily operation of all estate buildings and technical systems.Perform minor repairs independently (electrical, plumbing, HVAC adjustments, lighting, small carpentry).Troubleshoot guest issues quickly (TV remote, lights, heating/cooling, water temperature, minor breakages).Conduct regular inspection rounds of all buildings, guest houses, and outdoor areas.Coordinate and supervise external service companies (HVAC, pool/wellness, electricians, plumbers, security).Manage warranty and post -warranty repairs and ensure quality of work.Organize required safety and technical inspections (fire protection, OHS, electrical, water systems).Prepare simple maintenance plans and assist with operational budgets.Liaise with utility providers and local authorities when needed.Maintain high -quality appearance and readiness of the estate at all times.Collaborate with the housekeeper/groundskeeper on daily operations and seasonal tasks.Ensure smooth, reliable functioning of the estate for the owner, family, and guests. Requirements:Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in technical maintenance, facility management, hotel engineering, or similar roles.Strong hands -on technical skillset (able to fix common issues independently (basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC adjustments, lighting, small repairs).Ideal background: experience in hotel maintenance, spa/wellness facilities, or complex building environments.Vocational training in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, OR technical education in MEP / construction.Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and service mindset when supporting the owner and guests.Communicative Czech required; English is a plus but not a must.Valid driver's license.Comfortable commuting from BeneÅov, Kutná Hora, South Prague, Beroun belt, or Southeast Prague.
