What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate across teams:  Work directly with marketing, sales, logistics, and business controllers, gaining exposure to various aspects of the business.
  • Become a data whiz:  Analyze key data and create insightful reports for upper management, impacting strategic decisions.
  • Master the budget:  Support our controlling team in crafting and managing budgets, learning valuable financial planning skills.
  • Identify opportunities:  Conduct cost follow-ups, risk assessments, and opportunity analyses, contributing to the company's bottom line.
  • Drive innovation:  Take ownership of a project designed to streamline financial processes within the division.
  • Level up your tech game:  Become proficient in BI systems and Excel, essential tools for any finance professional.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Current university student

Czech or Slovak speaker and fluent in English.

Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented

Creative problem-solver with a can-do attitude

Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
