Overview In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the marketing CRM campaigns within our worldwide Publicis Production Hub, managing and developing multichannel content (Email, App Push, Web Push, SMS, WhatsApp) in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for our global client from the hospitality segment. You will join the team of certified specialist and developers to product high quality work Responsibilities Supporting the day-to-day operation and management of the campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with relevant data protection regulations. Segment customer data based on various criteria to support targeted marketing campaigns. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute personalized marketing strategies. Plan, create, and execute CRM-driven marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention. Utilize CRM tools to deploy and track the performance of campaigns. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in CRM management. Propose and implement enhancements to optimize CRM processes. Qualifications Proven experience as a CRM Specialist, Emailing Specialist or in a similar role. Proven experience in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or similar). Strong delivery management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent and quality written English is must have. Understanding of marketing principles and customer lifecycle. Certification in CRM or relevant marketing automation platforms is nice to have (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot). Proven Experience with CRM/Emailing platforms, especially in the content editing and management part. Knowledge of A/B testing and data-driven marketing strategies. Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and its technical processing in emailing. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
