The Position

Currently, we are looking an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to work in Our Company.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Design and implement high-quality, maintainable, and scalable frontend solutions using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and NodeJS.
• Utilize strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns to develop efficient, high-performance applications.
• Lead architectural discussions and provide solutions for complex technical challenges.
• Drive team members in their engineering tasks, offering guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
• Oversee the frontend development process, including planning, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Manage the deployment process, including release trains and versioning, ensuring smooth and effective production releases.
• Integrate testing processes into the development workflow, optimizing for automated testing and quality assurance.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and NodeJS
• Proven experience in software architecture and solution design
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira for project management and issue tracking
• Understanding of testing processes and best practices in software development
• Experience with CI/CD practices and tools for deployment and versioning management
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with modern product development (test driven development , agile, UX, design thinking, product management)
• Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud solutions (Containerization, Microservices)

Nice to have

• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux)
• Understanding of responsive design and web performance optimization techniques
• Familiarity with backend technologies and integration methods (e.g., RESTful APIs)
