We are looking for the Test Manager who is passionate about quality assurance and has a proven track record of leading testing strategies for global enterprise applications. You will set a global standard for solution modeling, cost & price management, and contract lifecycle support. The system will be an integral part of Client's Supply Chain's digital landscape, focusing on flexibility and adaptive pricing mechanisms to maximize value. The Test Manager will be responsible for defining the testing strategy, ensuring test automation, and coordinating test execution across multiple teams.

Responsibilities: * Define the overall testing strategy for a global, high-profile client's Supply Chain product. * Develop automated regression testing approaches using industry-standard tools and methodologies. * Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams, ensuring seamless execution of test scripting and test execution. * Work closely with development, product management, and quality assurance teams to ensure testing aligns with business goals. * Oversee the implementation of test automation frameworks and drive continuous improvement in testing practices. * Monitor and report quality metrics and ensure all critical defects are addressed before release.
Requirements: *  Proven experience in defining testing strategy for a global or high-profile product. * Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and regression testing tools. * Ability to coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams. * Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr). * Strong reporting and analytical skills to track and improve testing effectiveness.
Nice to Have: * Technical proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of testing in DevOps workflows. * Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.
Work Result: * Successfully defined and implemented testing strategy for a global client's Supply Chain product. * Automated regression testing integrated into the development lifecycle. * Effective test execution coordination across multiple teams, ensuring high software quality.
