What is necessary for this position?

• Proven track record in marketing, trade marketing at a senior level, preferably within FMCG.

• Managing a portfolio of brands from end to end, on a local, and internationallevel.

• Ability to deal with complexity– good balance between strategic thinking and marketing excellence in execution.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, communication, and innovation.

• People managementexperience.

• Experience managing stakeholdersacross functions.

• Analytical mindsetwith strongresult orientation and project management skills.

• Ability to independently lead campaigns and strategic initiatives.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Leadership skills, mentoring, and inspiringteam development.

What will you be working on?

• Defining and driving thelong-term strategy and positioningof assigned brands in line with the overall portfolio.

• Developing and executing annual marketing plans to grow brand awareness and market share.

• Leading the creative development and visual identity of local brands.

• Collaborating closely with the Marketing Directorto implement marketing strategies across both the Czech and Slovak markets.

• Managing effective media strategies in cooperation with the Media Manager and media agency.

• Identifying and developing opportunities with vendors for advertising, sponsorship, PR, and digital marketing.

• Overseeing brand communication and ensuring consistencyacross all channels.

• Managing brand budgets and profitability.

• Leveragingconsumer insights to shapebrand positioning.

• Representing brands internally and externally.
