Přehled

Náplň práce:

  • Vedení menšího týmu konstruktérů v oblasti přístrojové techniky – světelné mikroskopie
  • Plánování, koordinace a rozdělování úkolů v týmu, zodpovědnost za dodržování termínů a kvality výstupů
  • Aktivní účast na vývoji nových technických řešení a mechanických sestav
  • Kontrola a schvalování konstrukční dokumentace
  • Spolupráce s dalšími odděleními (fyzika, hardware, výroba) při návrhu a realizaci projektů
  • Komunikace s dodavateli a technická podpora výroby, instalace a servisu
  • Mentoring a rozvoj členů týmu, zavádění osvědčených postupů

Požadavky:

  • VŠ vzdělání technického směru (strojní)
  • Prokazatelná praxe v mechanické konstrukci, zkušenost s vedením týmu výhodou
  • Velmi dobrá znalost CAD aplikací (ideálně SolidWorks)
  • Dobrá orientace v technické dokumentaci a standardech
  • Schopnost organizovat práci vlastní i týmovou, řídit více projektů souběžně
  • Středně pokročilá znalost AJ (komunikace emailem i online s kolegy v zahraničí, práce s dokumentací)
  • Iniciativní a systematický přístup, schopnost vést a motivovat tým
  • Ochota učit se novým věcem a hledat inovativní řešení
