Current Opportunity:

Right now, we´re seeking a Group IT Datacenter Services Manager to join our great Technology department. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability infrastructure solutions (both physical and virtualized) for internal customers, including data backup and recovery capabilities (loss of data prevention). As Group IT Datacenter Services Manager, you will provide leadership to a team of IT specialists responsible for Group IT datacenters, its HW and SW components, facilities, and related monitoring and logging services.

What You'll Be Doing:

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:

• Observe statutory regulations in the field of occupational health and safety, fire protection, data protection, protection of the entrusted means, environmental protection.
• Perform administrative, organizational and operational activities related to professional activity for the benefit of the company and report regularly on its activities and results.
• Observe generally binding regulations and internal regulations.
• Participate in professional and personal development in the areas of relevant job content to increase work efficiency.
• Take part in the recruitment of new employees within your department.
• Participate in the adaptation process (mentoring) in newly recruited employees, especially during the trial period, but also after the training.
• Perform further tasks, activities and projects linked directly or indirectly with the position and above-mentioned responsibilities, set by the superior or other company's management member.

What We're Looking For:

You should have experience in:

• Education High School/University,
• Fluent knowledge of English, both written and verbal (at least C1)
• Experience from IT datacenters (incl. its HW/SW components) development and/or maintenance
• Strong and proven experience in managing teams
• Experience in project management
• Experience in budgeting and cost management
• Strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences

It would be a bonus if you bring:

• An additional language from another FEG market (Croatian, Slovak, Romanian or Polish)
