Oracle (OCI) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Microsoft 365 System Administrator to join our team In

this role you will manage and maintain Microsoft Office 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive,

and Exchange Online in large scale environment of 150,000+ accounts. Configure and maintain Proofpoint email

security solutions, including email filtering, encryption, and archiving. Monitor and solve issues related to Microsoft

Office 365 and Proofpoint email security solutions. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless

integration of Microsoft Office 365 and Proofpoint email security solutions. Manage and maintain Microsoft Active

Directory and Azure cloud services. Manage and maintain Linux systems. Manage and maintain Domain-based

Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance (DMARC), Sender Policy Framework (SPF), and Domain Keys

Identified Mail (DKIM). Configure and execute PowerShell scripts.

You will be responsible for our production infrastructure, including the servers and services which support our

growing client base as well as designing and implementing highly scalable environments. This Engineer works with other teams in the organization and provides infrastructure solutions for their needs. Understands client systems

and applications, networking, infrastructure, data centers, web tools and technologies, databases and Cloud, Big

Data, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and more.

You will also design new scalable solutions for fast changing infrastructure environment with complex needs in fields

like: configuration deployments, monitoring, and logging. Perform deep drill down analysis into performance

bottlenecks and provide necessary fixes. Bring in new ideas, change, evolve, improve and simplify the production

infrastructure. Work closely with our development and research teams and provide customer friendly solutions and

support. Responsible for working on the design, development, and/or deployment of enterprise supporting systems.

Qualifications:

6 years of experience with MS Office 365 System Administration supporting complex large-scale

environments

Highly proficient with email security gateways

Highly proficient with Active Directory and Azure

Highly proficient with Linux operating system

Experience with DMARC implementation and management

Highly proficient with PowerShell scripting

Strong ability to troubleshoot, operate and maintain MS Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams

Effective ability to communicate at all levels within the organization

Ability to advocate and understand the employee experience and implement solutions that support

productivity

Understands importance of documentation of solutions and architecture

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Suggested majors include Computer Science or

Mathematics. Working knowledge of software development tools, methodologies, and programming languages.

Experience working with external or internal customers to implement large scale solutions, business process

architecture, application system design, and implementation. Design and implementation of Infrastructure as a

Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions using a variety of cloud

platform services. Highly technical and analytical, possessing significant implementation and operations experience.

Identifies solutions in experience of application or server architecture and networking. A minimum of 5+ years

experience in application or server architecture and networking or related experience.

This role will require on-call support once a week.
