In role of TSE Operations Trainee you will support daily operation of Test Systems Engineering section in Prague, be involved in long-term and short-term planning, responsible for metrics, dashboards, functional processes tracking. You will support section and sub-section daily operations.

You will support section and sub-section daily operations.
Responsibilities and competencies
- Process tracking, metrics tracking. Responsible for headcount, finance, workload and various other data collections that are used for ultimate decision making.
- Support section needs around Spotfire, Clarity, MyTime, MR issue and tracking (Oracle), property management.
- Utilize analytical thinking and technical experience to identify policy and process gaps, supports improvement policy/strategy preparation and execution.
- Ensure proper team KPI monitoring and action plans tracking.
- Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with policies and procedures.
- Implement plans with guidance to meet project goals;
Requirements
- Active student status, preferably competed bachelor's degree
- Fluent in English and Czech language
- Ability to interface effectively with others
- Interest to develop and execute plans
- EU work permit
- Strong communication and presentation skills, knowledge of MS Excel
- Engineering and problem-solving skills are advantageous
