Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

• Process incoming invoices from the vendors for our Turkish MANN+HUMMEL entity using Next Gen and SAP system
• Communicate with Turkish as well as international suppliers mostly via written correspondence, daily communication with MANN+HUMMEL colleagues in Turkey
• Work with data in Turkish vendor and government portals
• Analyze and compare invoice data in Excel and reconciliate open items on vendor accounts
• Participate in creating process documentation and its regular updates
• Position is open also for graduates

Your Profile:

• Education: High school/University Degree education in Economy or Finance is an advantage
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in the area of Accounts Payable is an advantage
• Required Skills: Office 365 (MS Office) – intermediate user, experience with SAP is an advantage
• Languages: Very good knowledge of Turkish and English language (minimum B2 level)
• Competencies: great communication skills, team player, be able to work independently, attention to detail
