A Day in the Life

As a Group Product Manager for the Hair category in our Consumer Products Division, you'll define and steer the HUB strategy for CZ/HU/SK markets, ensuring alignment with international brand positioning and local priorities. Reporting to senior management, you'll lead a team of four talented marketers and collaborate across departments to drive growth, innovation, and consumer engagement.

Here's what you'll be working on:

Strategic Leadership: Define the 1-year marketing plan, oversee the portfolio (new launches, pillar products, and core catalog animation). * Consumer & Market Insights: Analyze market trends and consumer behavior, sharing insights with the zone and management to shape product development.

  • Integrated Marketing: Implement 360° marketing strategies (IMC/Digital/Retail), adapt communication materials, and create engaging consumer experiences.
  • Collaboration & Execution: Partner with sales, logistics, category management, and agencies to build broader business strategies and ensure flawless execution of launches and activations.
  • Team Development: Build, train, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering their growth and marketing expertise.
  • Budget & Media Management: Oversee the PPP budget, media plans, pricing, consumer studies, and sales forecasts.

We Are Looking For

You're a great match for this role if you have:

  • A university degree and 5-7 years of business experience with focus on product marketing.
  • Fluency English AND Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset with a responsible, innovative approach.
  • Managerial experience (advantage) and a desire to grow within a regional organization.
