JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR TASKS
- Steering and controlling of material planning
- Execution of MRP-Controlling tasks (full order process, rescheduling, stock movements, management of customer orders for trading goods)
- Handling of logistic incidents and clarifications with the relevant counterparts (goods receipt area, warehouse, forwarders, …)
- Exception management in case of errors and special processes
- Controlling and maintenance of running RPA and OCR activities
- Running process mining tools in order to identify process inefficiencies
- Missing parts management (reactive and proactive) with the operations teams
- Management of material return in case of quality incidents
- Forecasting process for suppliers to ensure material availability
- Clarification of invoice price differences
- Internal company entities and stakeholder coordination, cooperation
- Supporting internal and external audits related to intercompany purchases
- KPI Management for serial business
- Management of delivery performance including root cause analysis and action plans
- Management of inventory / turnover rate levels and obsolete stocks (IwD)
- Management of optimized lead times, delivery sizes and supply chain flexibility
- Master data management
- Maintain all necessary SAP master data to run serial business and ensure material availability
YOUR PROFILE
- Language skills: English fluent min. B2 level
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems: Knowledge of SAP MM advantage
- MS Office advanced user skills
- High affinity for IT tools, data management and analytics
- Knowledge in Logistics and Supply Chain processes
- Ability to work under pressure
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, open-minded, responsible and team-player person
