If you're a Software Architect with a strong background in Java development, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a team environment, we invite you to join one of our teams focused on developing Java-based applications using microservice architecture.

This is you

• An avid tech enthusiast, consistently staying abreast of the latest trends in application development, showcasing a genuine passion for innovation.
• Proven proficiency in Java 11 or 17, coupled with a strong command of Spring or Spring Boot frameworks.
• Expertise extends to PostgreSQL/Oracle.
• Daily usage of GIT based repositories such as GitHub. Experience in release cycle management (PR, branching, conflict resolution, cherry picking). Hands on experience with automated building and versioning tools such as GitHub Actions/release-please, Jenkins, etc.
• Familiarity with DevOps technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift/Amazon EKS/Azure AKS adds an extra layer of proficiency.
• Hands-on experience utilizing JIRA for task management and Confluence for streamlined documentation, showcasing a commitment to efficient project workflows.
• A reliable team player renowned for a keen eye for detail.
• Fluent in Czech/Slovak and possessing at least technical proficiency in English.
• Excellent orientation in current and emerging Java technologies and design patterns (Spring ecosystem, microservice patterns, reactive architecture, etc.). Presentation skills for tech audience. Workload estimation for your work and for team tasks.
• Familiar with Git, Maven, Lombok, REST, SOAP, JPA/Hibernate, JUnit, Mockito, Docker, Agile/Scrum, OAuth 2.0, Flyway, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Postman.

This is your role:

• Design software architecture, identify issues, and propose optimal solutions.
  
• Be an integral part of a team, assigning work, coordinating development segments, and overseeing the fulfillment of agreed-upon tasks and procedures.
  
• Contribute to the modernization of the Java-based platform using agile software development methods.
  
• Support your team in their technological development interests and propose project advancements.
