12-month fixed-term contract - 20h/week

Your Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience

  • Assisting the sales staff with product presentation

  • Supporting the Boutique Administration in all areas such as inventory organization, incoming goods, etc.

  • Preparing shipments, including correctly packaging the products

  • Coordinating external service providers

  • Assisting in visual merchandising and product presentation, including pricing

Your Qualification Profile:

  • Completed training in a customer- and/or service-oriented environment (e.g., jewelry retail, upscale hotel industry, etc.)

  • Very good knowledge of German and English, additional language skills are desired

  • Resilient team player with a confident, open, and appropriate demeanor

  • Precise and accurate way of working

  • Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system
