Kdo jsme?

Jsme ABRA Software, česká technologická firma s německým kapitálem, která vyvíjí a implementujeme vlastní ERP systémy. Jedním z našich klíčových produktů je ABRA Flexi – moderní ERP řešení, které běží převážně v cloudu, ale má i svou desktopovou verzi. ABRA Flexi pomáhá řídit podnikové procesy firmám jako je Twisto nebo Liftago.

Na této pozici budeš součástí týmu druhé úrovně technické podpory – řešíme složitější požadavky zákazníků, které vyžadují hlubší technické porozumění systému.

Co budeš dělat?

  • Budeš technickým prostředníkem mezi zákazníky a vývojovým týmem – analyzovat požadavky, odhalovat chyby a pomáhat je řešit.
  • Čekají tě reálné scénáře – problémy s databází, rozhraním API, nejasnosti v datech nebo chování systému.
  • Budeš zkoumat logy (Windows, Linux, MacOS), psát SQL dotazy, testovatopravy bugů a nové verze.
  • Pomocí Intercomu budeš spravovat komunikaci, dokumentaci a podněty od zákazníků.
  • Postupně se můžeš podílet i na testování – manuálním/regresním.

Hledáme někoho, kdo:

  • Rozumí základům SQL a REST API.
  • Baví programování – JavaScript, Java, C#, React nebo PHP – není potřeba znát daný jazyk do hloubky.
  • Se vyzná v prostředí operačních systémů – Windows, Linux nebo MacOS.
  • Má přehled o správě počítačů a sítí.
  • Zvládne číst logy, hledat příčiny chyb, zkoumat datové nesrovnalosti.
  • Je spolehlivý/á, analytický/á a má zájem učit se nové věci.
  • Komunikuje srozumitelně, dokáže si udržet profesionální přístup i v náročných situacích.
  • Češtinu/slovenštinu ovládá výborně, angličtinu zvládá na úrovni čtení dokumentace.

Nečekáme dokonalost – hledáme především technický potenciál, zvídavost a chuť se učit.
