Job description
  • Development and maintenance of applications for the Android Automotive OS platform as part of vehicle infotainment systems.
  • Implementation of new functionalities in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards of the automotive environment.
  • Cooperation with the backend team on API and data service integration.
  • Optimization of application performance with regard to smoothness, consumption, and stability.
  • Participation in testing, debugging, and code review with an emphasis on the quality of the delivered solution.
  • Active participation in the agile development cycle and collaboration with architects, testers, and UX designers.
Required qualifications
  • Experience with Android application development.
  • Very good knowledge of Kotlin (or Java) and frameworks for modern Android development (Jetpack Compose, Android Architecture Components).
  • Experience with REST API, Retrofit, Room, Coroutines.
  • Knowledge of MVVM architecture principles and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
  • Ability to read and create technical documentation in English.
