Sales Representative as a Commission-Based Beauty Consultant for Luxury Cosmetics in Zurich, Switzerland

Your Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice to our customers on high-quality cosmetic products
  • Conducting skin analyses and providing individual product recommendations
  • Supporting product presentations and events
  • Maintaining customer relationships and building a loyal customer base

Your Profile:

  • Training or experience in cosmetics, beauty, or skincare
  • Passion for high-quality products and luxury cosmetics
  • A friendly, well-groomed appearance and enjoyment of direct customer contact
  • Fluent in English and/or German; additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish) are an advantage
  • EU or EFTA citizen

Compensation Structure:

  • Daily Commission Levels:
  • CHF 0–500 Daily Sales: 20% Commission
  • CHF 500–800 Daily Sales: 25% Commission
  • CHF 800–1,200 Daily Sales: 27% Commission
  • Over CHF 1,200 Daily Sales: 30% Commission
  • Commissions are calculated and earned daily.

Additional Benefits:

  • The first month of accommodation is free if you stay with us for at least 3 months.
  • For stays of 3 months, the company also covers airfare.
  • Flexible living options:
  • Single room: CHF 1,000/month
  • Shared room (2 people per room): CHF 600/month per person
