Job Description:Do našeho týmu hledáme nového kolegu/kolegyni na pozici recepční. Pokud Tě baví komunikace s lidmi a chceš začít svou kariéru s úspěšným developerem na trhu, pak je tato příležitost pro Tebe.

Náplň práce:

  • Pracovní doba: pondělí a pátek (8: , zbytek týdne dle domluvy
  • Vítání a uvádění hostů, zajištění občerstvení pro hosty (káva, voda, atd.).
  • Správa firemních přístupových karet (registrace, vydávání nových, blokování, zapůjčování).
  • Správa a kontrola e-mailové schránky recepce DRN.
  • Správa rezervací zasedacích místností v prostorách naší společnosti i v externích prostorách společnosti Wework v budově DRN. Řešení konfliktů při rezervacích zasedacích místností.
  • Správa rezervačního systému parkování pro parkoviště v budově DRN a parkoviště u Národního divadla.
  • Vyřizování pošty: Příjem a odesílání tuzemských a zahraničních zásilek, evidence zásilek, distribuce mezi zaměstnanci – Česká pošta, DPD, PPL, Messenger
  • Interní pošta CTP – příjem, evidence, distribuce a odesílání pošty.
  • Zajištění ubytování ve smluvních hotelech, nákup jízdenek a letenek pro zaměstnance CTP – pouze jako výpomoc.

Požadavky:

  • Zkušenost na obdobné pozicí výhodou
  • Dobrá znalost anglického jazyka
  • Pečlivost, organizovanost, prozákaznický přístup
  • Znalost MS Office
