Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY:

In this role, you'll help drive lean and project management efforts across our internal shared services and local sites. You'll work closely with teams in HR, Finance, IT, and other operational areas to improve how we work and deliver value. It's a hands-on position that combines process improvement with project execution—think workshop facilitation, aligning stakeholders, and turning ideas into action. If you enjoy solving problems, streamlining processes, and making a real impact, this role offers a great opportunity to do just that.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Support and coordinate lean initiatives and various projects (especially in the area of transportation) across MANN+HUMMEL branches and departments (HR, Finance, IT, etc.)
  • Organize and facilitate Lean workshops to identify gaps, waste, and improvement opportunities up to the implementation of the outcomes
  • Define project scopes, draft project charters, and align key stakeholders
  • Analyze data to identify KPIs, calculate impact, and support prioritization decisions
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including presenting results and insights
  • Support follow-up change management initiatives including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement
  • Travel occasionally (up to ~25%) to support workshops and project delivery across global locations

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience: 3+ years in project management, business analysis, or scrum master roles, experience with lean/RPA projects is an advantage
  • Required Skills: strong process thinking, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Office365 tools, familiarity with project planning tools
  • Languages: English – minimum B2 level (spoken and written), Czech language is an advantage
  • Competencies: customer-centric mindset, strong analytical skills, adaptability and self-driven personality; ability to manage multiple priorities and define own scope, willingness to travel internationally (up to 25%)
