Data at NN is booming, and to make the most of it we need strong Data Governance. That's why we are looking for someone who already knows our data-governance platform, Collibra. If you want to shape how we manage our data, can tweak workflows, set up scripts, and handle technical integrations, join us in Prague as our new Data Governance Platform Specialist

Our mission
We are building one standardized Collibra platform so that everyone at NN can trust the same data. You will be a key player in getting us there. This position is a new addition to our Prague team, and we are looking for two people to join the Group Finance Data & BI Engineering team. You will work closely with colleagues in the Netherlands who are already involved in these projects.

What you will do

  • ​Build sleek workflows in Collibra Workflow Designer.

  • ​Turn business ideas into technical reality.

  • ​Debug workflow issues and help users when they get stuck.

  • ​Keep documentation, asset models, and user guides up to date.

  • ​Tune and manage Collibra's operating model.

  • ​Roll out new features - such as Data Marketplace - from the Collibra side.

  • ​Stay on top of new Collibra releases and industry trends.

What we expect from you

  • Hands-on experience with Collibra.

  • ​Strong workflow-building skills and Groovy scripting knowledge.

  • ​Familiarity with Collibra REST APIs.

  • ​Collibra Developer or Ranger certification (a plus).

  • ​A solid grasp of data-governance principles.

  • ​The ability to share ideas, work well in a team, and explain technical topics in plain language.

  • Ability to work smoothly with collocated teams - some of your colleagues will be based in the NL.

  • ​A completed technical master's degree.

  • ​Fluent English.

How we hire
After reviewing your application (including your CV in English), Veronika, our Talent Acquisition Specialist, will call you to discuss the basics - provided you meet the role's requirements. If you do not meet them, we will still give you feedback via email. If everything looks good, we will meet twice. In the first round, you will meet your future manager and Veronika. In the second round, you will meet stakeholders from the Netherlands.
