Koho hledáme?

Hledáme člověka, který se nebojí převzít odpovědnost za českou účetní a daňovou agendu a stát se hlavním partnerem pro naše globální finance.

Pokud tě baví čísla, lokální legislativa a komunikace s kolegy z celého světa, tahle role tě bude bavit – protože tady se učíš "learning by doing".

Co tě u nás čeká:

  • Zodpovědnost za kompletní účetní a daňovou agendu pro Česko – včetně DPH, DPPO, daně z příjmů fyzických osob a dalších povinných výkazů.
  • Spolupráce s globálním týmem, který zajišťuje účetnictví (bookkeeping) – tvým úkolem bude pomáhat jim správně aplikovat české daňové a účetní předpisy.

  • Příprava a podání lokálních TAX & regulatory reportů (včetně statistických výkazů).

  • Dohled nad mzdovým procesem ve spolupráci s externím poskytovatelem – kontrola detailů, alokace nákladů a správnost výstupů.

  • Úzká spolupráce s HR a provozním oddělením na procesech souvisejících s českou legislativou.
  • Práce v Microsoft Dynamics (znalost výhodou, ale není podmínkou).

Kvalifikace

Co očekáváme:

  • Výbornou angličtinu – s globálními kolegy budeš v každodenním kontaktu.
  • Dobrou znalost českých daní a účetní legislativy (DPH, DPPO, daň z příjmů, účetní standardy).
  • Schopnost samostatně se rozhodovat, dotahovat věci do konce a hledat řešení.
  • Zkušenost s účetnictvím nebo daněmi alespoň 3 roky (ideálně ve firmě s mezinárodním zázemím).
