Hledáme posilu na pozici Team manager (PtP) pro tým zpracování přijatých faktur, který posílí naše Centrum sdílených služeb a pomůže nám psát další kapitolu našeho úspěšného příběhu.

CO TĚ NA TÉTO POZICI ČEKÁ?

Vedení a rozvoj týmu 10-20 kolegů.
Pravidelné poskytování zpětné vazby, motivace a organizace práce.
Nastavování a vyhodnocování výkonnostních cílů (SLA).
Dohled nad dodržováním globálních standardů a interních kontrol (iCON).
Aktivní podpora zlepšování procesů a účast na interních i externích auditech.
Spolupráce s business partnery a globálním vedením.
Zapojení do projektů a migračních aktivit.

CO OD TEBE OČEKÁVÁME?

SŠ/VŠ vzdělání ekonomického směru (finance/účetnictví výhodou).
Minimálně 2 roky praxe na vedoucí či obdobné pozici.
Pokročilou znalost angličtiny.
Dobrou znalost MS Excel, výhodou zkušenost se SAPem.
Proaktivní přístup ke zlepšování procesů.
Silné komunikační a organizační dovednosti.
Týmového ducha a pozitivní přístup.
