Your impact at NN
The mission you will join focuses on building and operating a standardized, cloud-native backend for our in-house SaaS solution for financial and risk reporting. Running entirely on Microsoft Azure, this platform will deliver one single source of truth to internal and external stakeholders.

The tasks you will perform​

  • Translate input from business analysts into detailed architecture and application design proposals, covering infrastructure, processes, and configuration end-to-end.​

  • Develop and maintain backend application logic in and TypeScript, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.​

  • Write and maintain unit tests to guarantee code quality and reliability.​Collaborate with colleagues to design and provision application infrastructure-primarily on Azure.​

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and system errors in a timely manner.​Support functional and integration testing by providing technical insights and quick fixes.​

  • Propose optimization and enhancements to technical, business team members and Product owner.

The knowledge and experience you bring

  • ​Expertise in , TypeScript, REST APIs, and Azure Functions.

  • ​Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., Cosmos DB or MongoDB) and good command of SQL.

  • ​Practical knowledge of Azure services, networking, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).

  • ​Comfortable working in an Agile/SCRUM environment and managing end-to-end development workflows.

  • ​Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.

  • ​Background in regulated industries (insurance, banking) and secure-by-design principles is a plus.

  • ​Eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies; familiarity with React or Python is welcome.
