Full Stack Developer

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to help shape our new Assetization Squad in Prague. This squad is focused on scaling the impact of AI across international markets. We take proven AI use cases and transform them into reusable assets that can be applied in diverse business contexts. By collaborating with technical experts and business stakeholders, we ensure these solutions are practical, measurable, and deliver real-world value.

Your impact at NN

In this role, you'll design and build secure, scalable applications that make AI solutions accessible and valuable for business users. Your work will bridge backend and frontend development, ensuring seamless integration and a great user experience.

What are the tasks you will perform

• Develop full-stack AI-powered solutions, from backend services to responsive frontends.
• Automate deployments using ARM, Azure CLI, Dev CLI, and IaC tools.
• Write clean, maintainable Python code with comprehensive documentation and tests.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs (FastAPI), and develop front-end interfaces (React, Typescript).
• Ensure secure access via Azure Active Directory roles and service principals.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications on Azure (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain high code quality.
• Collaborate with UX designers, data scientists, and AI engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms (e.g. web, messaging, databases, CRM, etc.).

What we expect from you

Tech stack:

• Ideally you have hands-on experience with Python for backend development, ideally using FastAPI to build RESTful APIs.
• Ideally you have frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.
• You have practical experience with Azure cloud services, including secure deployment and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting is a plus.
• You are familiar with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Bicep, and can automate deployments using Azure CLI or Dev CLI.
• Note: Azure experience is a must-have for this role. Ideally, you bring a combination of Python and JavaScript (React/TypeScript) skills. Alternatively, if you have a strong software engineering background in other languages and are willing to transition to Python, we're open to that as well.

Other:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• You collaborate effectively across disciplines and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, self-driven, detail-oriented and focused on delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.
• Advanced English proficiency required for working in an international environment.

What is hiring process with us like

Once we review your application and English CV, Veronika (Talent Acquisition Partner) will give you a short introductory call to discuss your previous experience and the open position.

If the initial conversation goes well, you'll be invited to two interview rounds. The first round will ideally take place in person at our Prague office (or online) with Radek (Hiring Manager) and Veronika. In the second round, you'll meet several members of the team you may soon be joining.
