CapEx Project Manager - Build the future of Chocolate with us (f/m/d)

At Planet A Foods, we're rethinking supply chains. Our first product, ChoViva a sustainable chocolate alternative, that is proudly made in Pilsen, Czech republic and exported worldwide.

We're seeking a CapEx Project Manager to lead critical projects, drive factory innovation, and help shape the future of food. This is your chance to take ownership, power our growth, and make an impact in a fast-moving, purpose-driven industry.

What will you do?

• Own the Project End-to-End: Manage the full lifecycle of a CapEx project of our production expansion. From initial planning to commissioning and start-up milion euro budget)
• Manage Contractors & Vendors: Coordinate external partners with clarity and accountability to keep progress smooth and aligned.
• Plan Smart, Track Tight: Oversee resources, timelines, and budgets with precision.
• Connect Teams Across Functions: Bridge production, QA, R&D, Safety, and Finance to keep all stakeholders aligned and informed.
• Drive Decisions: Make high-impact calls based on technical, operational, and business priorities and own the outcomes.
• Coordinate and Communicate: Report progress clearly and consistently, while managing shifting needs and change requests along the way.
• Deliver and Launch: Lead commissioning and start-up, ensuring everything runs on time and to spec.

Who are we looking for?

• Proven Project Mastery: You've taken 1–2 major projects from vision to reality. You know how to own the process and make things happen.
• Own both the big picture and details: You fully understand project scope. You grasp the full picture and confidently navigate the complexities down to the smallest details to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Technical Expertise Meets Leadership: You combine deep technical knowledge with strong team leadership and decision-making skills.
• Strong Communicator & Team Aligner: You know who to involve, connect the dots across functions, and communicate clearly and assertively.
• Proactive Risk Manager: You anticipate challenges before they arise, prioritize effectively, and act fast to keep timelines, budgets, and goals on track.
• Industry Network a Plus: A supplier network in the power or industrial equipment space is a bonus.
• Compliance-Focused: You understand food safety, regulatory compliance, and AtEx standards or are eager to master them.
