For our teams in Roznov p.R. and Brno we are looking for the Embedded Software Tester - Student.

The ROM team build the first code that runs on a microcontroller - ROM-embedded software that kickstarts the system, sets up the hardware, and locks down security. It's lean, fast, and built to last. We collaborate closely with hardware, validation, and security teams to ensure everything works seamlessly from power-on to production.

• Analysis of system-level functional and architectural requirements

• Verification of firmware implementation against hardware and security specifications

• Embedded software testing and root-cause analysis

• Design and development of automated test scenarios and validation pipelines

• Structured reporting of test results and coverage metrics

• Close collaboration with international teams across hardware, validation, and security domains

We expect you to have:

• Basic understanding of software development, testing, or validation

• Familiarity with C programming, especially in the context of embedded systems

It's a big plus if you've had exposure to:

• Python, ideally using Pytest for test automation

• Tools like Git for version control and JIRA for task tracking

• CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or Bamboo

• Working in Linux environments

• Target platforms like FPGA modules

We're looking for students who are curious, thoughtful, and ready to grow in a collaborative engineering environment. You don't need to be an expert — what matters is your mindset and willingness to learn.
