E.ON Customer Solutions Czechia is responsible for the strategic direction of E.ON Energie. We develop and innovate products and services and are in charge of marketing activities across the entire E.ON Group.
Our Digital Channels department is responsible for all digital touchpoints of E.ON – including the website , the self-service portal Energie24, the mobile app, online contracts, and our AI assistant ELA. We oversee their development and strategy, bridging the gap between IT and business, and ensuring our services deliver top-tier UX and UI. We are currently looking for a new colleague for the role of Product Owner for ELA. Join us in Ceske Budejovice, Prague or Brno. Your role
- As Product Owner of ELA, you'll lead her product roadmap and bring her vision to life.
- You'll connect the dots between business goals and technology – working closely with colleagues from Digital Channels, AI Tribe, and customer care teams. Together, you'll make ELA smarter, more helpful, and more human-like across all touchpoints – web, self-care portals, apps, and future messaging or voice interfaces.
Product ownership & Vision
- Own the ELA product roadmap across all evolution phases – Advise, Serve & Sell.
- Steer collaborating suppliers.
- Translate business goals into clear user stories and a prioritized backlog.
- Define and monitor KPIs such as automation rate, NPS, conversion, and AI-led leads.
- Ensure continuous improvement and measurable business value in every release.
Delivery & collaboration
- Coordinate implementation of new features and channels (Smart IVR, website chatbot, E24/M24 integration, and future messaging platforms).
- Work with data and CRM teams to enable personalized and context-aware interactions.
- Collaborate with customer care operations to design use cases that reduce call volumes and improve service experience.
- Oversee integration with core systems (CRM, billing, authentication, Decision Engine).
- Support rollout, localization, and scaling across E.ON markets.
Requested Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in digital or AI products.
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills in English and Czech/Slovak.
- Good understanding of customer service, CRM, and digital care processes.
- Curiosity for AI/ML, conversational design, and personalization logic.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with developers, data scientists, and UX designers.
- Analytical mindset and ability to connect KPIs with business value.
- High level of structure and ownership – you can break complex topics into clear steps, track deadlines and dependencies, and deliver end-to-end.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering AI or conversational solutions (e.g., Cognigy, Dialogflow, Azure Bot, etc.).
- Background in utilities, telecom, or banking with digital care transformation focus.
- Knowledge of Next Best Action, Decision Engine, or data-driven personalization.
- Agile Product Owner or AI Product Management certification.
