OneMiners is the leading global company for ASIC miner hosting. Our Prague office is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Lead to drive revenue growth with our rapidly expanding customer base and spearhead outbound initiatives through strategic outreach and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have experience in leveraging cold outreach, social media selling, fostering client connections, and enhancing brand visibility. This role offers the opportunity to shape the growth of a global organization while working in a rapidly growing Prague office.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, focusing on building long-term relationships via platforms like X, LinkedIn, and industry events.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with teams including marketing, logistics, customer service, and IT development to enhance the customer journey.

Client Engagement: Identify and engage prospective customers through personalized outreach, leveraging social media and CRM tools to nurture leads and close deals.

Brand Visibility: Promote OneMiners' services by showcasing our value proposition through compelling pitches, presentations, and online content to enhance brand awareness.

Market Outreach: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, tailoring sales approaches to drive growth.

Qualifications:

Experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably with a focus on client acquisition or relationship management.

Foundational knowledge or interest in blockchain and the cryptosphere.

Proficiency in sales tools, CRM software, social media platforms, and lead generation tools for sales outreach (e.g., LinkedIn, X, apollo, etc).

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to craft persuasive pitches and build rapport with diverse clients.

Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Results-driven, commercial mindset with the ability to set and meet sales targets while adapting to evolving market demands.

Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to stay updated on industry trends to drive sales success.
