Draslovka is a chemical technologies, products, and services company that develops solutions designed to improve the sustainability and economics of the mining industry. One of our products, MetOptima, is a cloud-based system that provides AI-driven recommendations to metallurgists and operators. The product will have a significant impact and will make a mark in the transition to a more sustainable mining industry. 

• Work as part of cross-functional team of Software Engineers, Data Scientists and DevOps Engineers to automate software delivery processes and employ DevOps/MLOps practices.
• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists on data processing and ML pipelines in the Azure cloud
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, making recommendations for enhancements or modifications as needed.
• Keep our cloud infrastructure up-to-date with the latest technologies and security patches. 
• Implement best practices for cloud operations and ensure high availability and performance of cloud services.
• Manage and optimize cloud networking, including migration projects and ongoing support. 
• Establish and enhance site reliability through monitoring, KPIs, telemetry, and operational metrics. 
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipeline. 
• Collaborate on Infrastructure as Code (IAC) design, implementation, updates, and improvements to automate infrastructure provisioning. 
• Promote automation across all aspects of DevOps, increasing efficiency and reducing manual interventions. Ensure secure access control and identity management within the cloud environment. 
• Assist in various DevOps tasks and initiatives to support the team's objectives. 
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and provide reference for team members. 

• Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) with solid understanding of general cloud computing concepts and services.
• Experience with cloud services, such as Azure VMs, Azure Storage, EC2, S3, Azure Functions or AWS Lambda.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Azure ARM, Bicep, Terraform, Pulumi).
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Experience with cloud container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, EKS, AKS preferred).
• Automation skills, including configuration management and scripting (e.g., Python, Shell, Ruby).
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, GitHub Actions.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices.
• Understanding of cloud networking, VPN setups, and database management.
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment while fostering a strong DevOps culture.
• Passion about automation and continuous improvement is a strong plus.
• Experience working in fast-paced, startup-like environments is a plus.
