Our users automate service unsubscriptions to save people money, and they collect billions of rows of data from all over the world for AI training, protection of consumers, or finding lost children. We give AI chatbots the context to interact intelligently, and we're developing novel ways to work with generative AI like ChatGPT.

To support our mission, we're looking for a Senior RevOps Specialist to help us refine and execute our GTM strategies, streamline revenue operations, and improve efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success.

What you'll be working on:
  • Building the infrastructure that shortens the time to execution of customer engagement campaigns.

  • Improving lead conversion rate through better scoring and AI-powered qualification.

  • Scaling the account management customer pool with automated nurturing that drives product usage and overages.

  • Building behavioral automation campaigns that guide customers toward conversion-ready states.

  • Establishing data-driven PQA criteria that identify customers when they're actually ready to convert.

  • Maintaining a clean contact database with reliable enrichment and lifecycle management.

  • Creating an analytics framework to track what behaviors predict conversion.

They say there are no perfect candidates, but you might be the one if:
  • You have 3+ years in growth operations, marketing operations, or revenue operations, ideally with experience in product-led growth or usage-based business models.

  • You have experience with cohort analysis and conversion funnel optimization, particularly in product-led sales models.

  • You've worked with customer data platforms and enrichment tools to improve lead quality and scoring accuracy.

  • You're comfortable with data analysis and can work with product usage data to design experiments and measure outcomes

  • You have CRM proficiency with deep knowledge of workflows, lead scoring, and data quality management (HubSpot experience strongly preferred).

  • You have hands-on experience with CRM database management, including deduplication, data cleanup, and maintaining data governance.

  • You're highly technical and comfortable building automation using no-code tools (n8n, Zapier) and AI-powered workflows without engineering support.

  • You have experience building infrastructure for lifecycle marketing and in-app customer journeys (Intercom, , or similar) that drive specific product behaviors/revenue.

  • You're forward-thinking about automation and AI applications in revenue operations.

By the end of first 3 months we expect you to:
  • Learn about our tools, processes, and workflows to understand where you fit in.

  • Start cleaning up our Contact database with reliable enrichment, lifecycle management, and deduplication

  • Improve attribution reporting across the full customer journey, enabling better decision-making for marketing and growth initiatives.

  • Identify high-impact automation opportunities across Sales, and Customer Success teams, and create an infrastructure for automation execution.

By the end of first 6 months we expect you to:
  • Support the implementation/optimization of Segment as our customer data platform, ensuring clean event tracking and data flows from product to marketing systems.

  • Create an analytics framework to track what behaviors predict conversion

  • Help design and implement an improved lead scoring model incorporating product usage and engagement signals for better expansion targeting.

  • Establish data-driven PQA (product-qualified account) criteria that identify customers when they're actually ready to convert
