Our team

We are part of SAP's Global Data & Analytics organization, driving data democratization so every employee can access the data they need. We enable this by building and scaling data products that maximize business value and lay the foundation for AI use cases. Today hundreds of data product owners manage 800+ data products across the organization — and we're growing our Prague-based team to support and expand that capability.

Your role

This is an entry-level role for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants hands-on experience with data product platform, workflow automation and governance. You will work with experienced engineers and product owners to build, monitor and improve Collibra workflows, troubleshoot platform issues, and support integrations. The role offers strong mentorship, training, and a clear growth path in data and analytics.

Your main tasks include

  • Build, test and maintain workflows in Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud
  • Support the adoption of AI and automation features to improve the user experience and efficiency of processes
  • Monitor workflow and platform performance
  • Assist in analysing issues, documenting root causes, and implementing recommended fixes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define basic integration requirements and support implementation testing
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles, and user enablement materials for data product owners

What you bring

  • Analytical mindset and a practical, problem-solving approach
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Team player with good communication skills and a willingness to learn from others
  • Reliability, attention to detail and commitment to delivery
  • Basic familiarity with data & analytics concepts (courses, university projects, internships or entry-level roles)

Good to have

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, or similar)
  • Basic scripting or workflow development experience (e.g. Groovy) from projects or coursework
  • Collibra Workflow Developer certification (or studying towards it)
  • Experience in designing and executing against AI use cases
  • Experience or interest in data product frameworks, metadata, data catalogues or data governance
  • Knowledge of Czech language (useful but not required
