Supplier Quality Engineer

Your key responsibilities:

• Conduct supplier process audits in line with VDA 6.3 standards
• Manage supplier development projects driven by audit results, supplier performance trends, or escalation cases
• Support buyers in supplier management (approvals, negotiating quality requirements, etc.)
• Monitor, evaluate, and drive improvements in supplier performance
• Support various plants across Europe

Kvalifikace

What we expect:

• Solid understanding of the automotive industry
• Three years of experience in the field of quality
• Proficient in English / German
• Driving license (category B)
• VDA 6.3 auditor certification is an advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel and collaborate across cultures in an international setting
• Independence combined with a proactive attitude
